The main elements are the distance between your pick-up point and your destination, the category of vehicle you choose and whether you book a one-way trip or a return. Waiting time beyond what is included, extra stops or a change of destination during the trip can change the price; in that case you are told before anything is confirmed. Because the price is fixed in advance, a traffic jam on the motorway or a slow border crossing does not cost you more.

Passengers with reduced mobility

If a passenger uses a wheelchair, a walking frame or needs help getting in and out of the car, please tell us when you book. We will check which vehicle is most suitable and the driver will take the time needed at pick-up and drop-off. A folding wheelchair can usually travel in the boot of a van.
